We've had our share of winter cold and snow but soon we have a chance to come together, on February 8th, and warm up with a celebration of our inner potentials, learning how to take care of ourselves through relaxation and mindfulness. I can't wait to experience techniques that can be shared with students and friends to help them live healthier lives. I am looking forward to seeing you there!

9 Stress Management Strategies Every Teacher Needs to Know (handout)
Gentle Chair Yoga - No special clothing needed. You can be dressed up or be casual. Good for 25 year olds all the way to 90 year olds.
Book Smiles - Please continue to bring new or gently used books for Alpha Chapter's participation in DKGNJ's state project. Many libraries have nooks with books on sale for 50 cents or $1.
