Between the Petals

Alpha Chapter is looking forward to an exciting biennium with Laura Perrius as chapter president.  The theme for the biennium is “Mind, Body, and Soul”.  With that focus, the four regular chapter meetings are being planned so that all of our members - retired, those in the classroom, and in administration will all find meaningful programs. 
 
We are also introducing our new initiative, “Between the Petals”.  We are planning several more informal opportunities to get together. 
 
Our first gathering will be a book discussion of First Ladies by Marie Benedict.
We will be meeting on August 14 at noon at Cindy Sokoloff’s beautiful home. It is a BYOE (bring your own snacks, lunch, beverage, and dessert, etc.)
 
Also, the bonus of Cindy’s generous offer is her pool! (weather permitting) So bring your suit and towel!
